The Stanford women’s basketball team is getting a lot of high-profile support these days.
Warriors superstar Steph Curry, 49ers quarterback Trey Lance and defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw were all spotted at Monday night’s game at Maples Pavilion.
Casey Pratt of ABC7 shared some photos of the players enjoying the No. 3 Cardinal beating No. 17-ranked UCLA in a matchup of top 25 teams.
Steph has been spotted at Stanford sporting events throughout the years, as he also has attended women’s volleyball games with his daughters. Curry and Lance also went to another Stanford women’s hoops game earlier in the week.
According to Janie McCauley of the Associated press, Steph took the time to speak to an 11-year-old aspiring sports reporter named Ines Hill while he was at the game.
Kudos to Steph, Trey and Javon for showing support for the Cardinal. While the 49ers are off until offseason team activities (OTAs) in April, Curry is hoping to return from a leg injury in the coming days or weeks.
