The Golden State Warriors have their backs against the wall as they head back home down 0-2 to the Sacramento Kings and will be without Draymond Green in Game 3.

Green was suspended by the NBA, a decision that was made late Tuesday night, for stepping on the chest of Kings center Domantas Sabonis in Game 2 — which he was also ejected for when it happened.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr joined Willard and Dibs on 95.7 The Game on Wednesday to talk about the suspension and more.

“It was surprising and disappointing,” Kerr said. “But given this is the playoffs, we’ve got to move on. We’re not going to sit here and worry about anything. I’m definitely not going to sit here and throw my feelings out to you on radio, we’re just moving on. It is what it is.”

Kerr added that Green was allowed to practice and addressed the team himself and that everyone is “on board and ready to move on” but wouldn’t disclose much of what he said.

“I will keep it private but in general, he’s one of our leaders,” Kerr said. “[He basically said] hey, this is what we gotta do. Just that kind of stuff.”
