Warriors lose to Clippers in overtime, bump down to play-in against Grizzlies

After losing three of their last five regular season games, the Warriors find themselves in the play-in tournament this week.

The Los Angeles Clippers went into Chase Center on Sunday and snatched the sixth seed with a 124-119 victory over the Warriors in overtime.

Just four days prior, they fell at home to the San Antonio Spurs on a buzzer-beater 3-pointer by former Warrior Harrison Barnes. The Warriors also lost at home to the Houston Rockets on April 6. All of this with playoff seeding on the line.

Now, the Warriors can look forward to hosting the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday night for a chance to face the No. 2 seed Rockets in round one.

The loser of that game will face the winner between the Sacramento Kings (No. 9) and the Dallas Mavericks (No. 10) for the eighth seed.
