After years of entertaining Dub Nation with this popular Twitter account @antonin_org, 19-year-old Warriors fan Antonin Orgueil has finally made it to The Bay from his native France. Earlier this season, we profiled Orgueil and the rise of his Twitter account since 2020.

The Warriors hosted Orgueil for Wednesday night’s game against the Phoenix Suns, as he got to watch warmups courtside before going to the postgame press conference room and meeting Draymond Green.

On Friday, Orgueil stopped by the studio to chat with 95.7 The Game’s “The Morning Roast”. Check out the full interview above.

So, what was the first thing that caught Orgueil’s eye as he attended his first ever NBA game?

“Jordan Poole, he looks small on TV because he’s one of the smallest on the floor,” Orgueil said. “You come here and he’s not small. He’s huge. That’s surprising at first. That was crazy at first. Then we went to the game and that was a really good game. They lost but Chase Center was really loud. … It was just a great atmosphere.”

It’s cool that Orgueil got to meet Draymond, who he called “a really nice person,” but meeting Steph woulda been next level. Orgueil’s Curry highlights and stat lines have racked up millions of impressions and views via Twitter and YouTube.

When he was 10 years old, Orgueil first started watching the Warriors during the 2013 playoffs against the Denver Nuggets.

“I really fell in love with the atmosphere at Oracle Arena and I think Steph’s type of play and the way he plays created that,” Orgueil said. “When he doesn’t play, it’s something different. It’s not quite as loud. He does things that no other players do. He electrifies the crowd.”

Orgueil is also planning on watching the Warriors host the Jazz Saturday before heading back home, so maybe he can meet Steph then. Golden State is expected to offer an update on Curry Friday, so the team should have a better framework about his availability for the playoffs.

“If Steph can come back playoff time and everyone else stays healthy, I think this team can win it all,” Orgueil said.
