The Warriors announced on Tuesday morning that they have picked up the fourth year contract options on forward Jonathan Kuminga and guard/forward Moses Moody for the 2024-25 season.

Kuminga was selected 7th overall in the 2021 NBA draft while Moody was picked seven selections later at 14. Kuminga is averaging 11.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.0 steal in 21.6 minutes in three games this season. Moody is averaging 9.8 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.5 steals in 19.4 minutes over four games (one start) this season.


Per Basketball Reference, the Warriors picking up Kuminga's option locks him in to a $7.6 million contract for next season while Moody will make $5.8 million. Kuminga will earn $6.0 million and Moody $3.9 million this season.
