49ers-Cowboys Injuries: Key absences on either side

The 49ers-Cowboys rivalry is not quite what it once was, and both of these teams are limping into their Sunday night matchup. Dallas appears to be worse off than the 49ers.

They 49ers, though, do have a host of question marks. George Kittle (foot sprain), George Odum (knee), Deebo Samuel (pneumonia) and Deommodore Lenoir (illness) are all questionable. Lenoir is a new addition to the injury report.

The 49ers will also be without Jauan Jennings (hip) for a second-straight game, and defensive tackle Kevin Givens (groin). Jake Moody (ankle) is still expected out for a few more weeks with a high ankle sprain.

The Cowboys, meanwhile, will still be without star edge rusher Micah Parsons (ankle) and No. 1 corner DaRon Bland (foot), who did not progress as well as the team hoped. This is with Demarcus Lawrence and Brandin Cooks both on injured reserve.

The Cowboys are also without defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (wrist), and tight end John Stephens, who tore an ACL for the second year in a row. Both cornerback Caelon Carson (shoulder) and Eric Kendricks (shoulder) are questionable.
