The San Francisco 49ers and Brock Purdy have agreed to terms on a five-year, $265 million contract extension, multiple media outlets reported Friday.
Purdy gets $181 million in guaranteed money, including $165 million in the first three new years of the deal, which runs through 2030. He also gets a $77 million signing bonus.
Purdy was the last selection in the 2022 NFL draft and has managed to work his way into a nine-figure contract with the Niners.
The contract makes Purdy the seventh-highest paid quarterback on an annual basis ($53 million per year), behind Dak Prescott, Joe Burrow, Josh Allen, Jordan Love, Trevor Lawrence and Tua Tagovailoa.
