Deebo Samuel injured his shoulder during the second quarter of the 49ers/Browns matchup in Cleveland Sunday morning. Samuel left the game, was checked out in the blue injury tent before heading to the locker room.
Shortly after halftime the 49ers ruled Samuel out for the remainder of the game. Samuel has two rushing attempts for 11 yards and no receptions at the point he went out.
