“I had the opportunity to talk to this kid. His family is very stable,” Rice added. “They’re backing him 100 percent… He’s just very intelligent. And we talked about that ‘it factor.’ And, you guys, you hear me talking about that all the time, making players better around him. And I think he has that.”
