The 49ers remain on their quest for a sixth Lombardi Trophy. Standing in their way this weekend are the top-seeded Eagles, their top-ranked offense and wild atmosphere in Philly.

San Francisco rolled past the Seattle Seahawks in the Wild Card Round before grinding out a win in the Divisional Round.

On the latest episode of the “49ers Web Zone: No Huddle” podcast by Audacy Sports, hosts Al Sacco, Zain Naqvi and Brian Renick explained why they think San Francisco is destined for a trip to the desert for Super Bowl 57.

“It’s gonna be a heavyweight fight, it’s gonna be an awesome game,” Sacco said. “My head is kinda telling me the Eagles, but I’m not going with my head today. I’m going with my heart and I’m gonna say the Niners. I’m gonna say 27-23-ish. In that range. Niners are gonna to the Super Bowl.”

Both squads feature menacing defenses, but the 49ers were able to outlast Dallas’ strong unit on Sunday. Naqvi thinks the gritty win will pay dividends in Philly.

“The Niners are gonna win,” Naqvi said. “They’re gonna win 24-21. I don’t think there’ll be a lot of points scored in this game, because they’re gonna play keepaway. The Niners are gonna shorten this game. The yards are gonna be hard to come by for both teams. I think it’ll be a very similar feel to Dallas. But I feel like everybody is underestimating how good this 49ers team is.”

Likewise, Renick thinks it’ll be a close game that gets decided by veteran kicker Robbie Gould, who is a perfect 29-of-29 in postseason field goal attempts.

“I think Robbie Gould is gonna send us to the Super Bowl. I really do,” Renick said. “I think the 49ers are going to have a game-winning drive and Robbie Gould is gonna kick the game-winner to send San Francisco to the Super Bowl, with the final score of the 49ers 27, Eagles 24.”
