In The Loop: What do these pro day messages mean for the Texans?

(SportsRadio 610) - There was a lot of discussion this week about the Texans not sending their top executives and coaches to college pro days.

They sent James Liipfert, their college scouting director, along with a few other scouts. But general manager Nick Caserio and the Texans' coaching staff mostly stayed in Houston this week, electing to attend UH's pro day.

Meanwhile, the Panthers sent at least a dozen members of their organization, including ownership, management and coaches to meet with Ohio State's C.J. Stroud, Alabama's Bryce Young and Kentucky's Will Levis, all considered among the top quarterback prospects in this draft.

The Panthers have the No. 1 overall pick after trading with the Bears, while the Texans hold the No. 2 overall pick.

In The Loop's John P. Lopez, Landry Locker and Figgy Fig discuss the messages sent by organizations this week and what it means for the Texans.

Plus, LunchTime Confessions leads to some needed dialogue; the Will Anderson-to-Texans path; and why Indy might be at the mercy of an overpay.
