There has been plenty of discussion about the Texans' wide receiver room and what it's lacking in experience.
One player who is clearly at the top of the depth chart as of OTAs is veteran free agent signing Robert Woods, who inked a two-year, $15 million deal in the offseason.
Woods recently told ESPN's DJ Bien-Aime that he is "most definitely" still a 1,000-yard receiver, which he accomplished in 2018, 2019, and was on pace in 2021 before tearing his ACL after nine games (556 receiving yards).
On Payne & Pendergast, Seth Payne and Sean Pendergast discuss whether Woods can still play at that level and what they like about adding the veteran to the team.
