The turkey’s taken care of this year.
Popeyes is once again bringing its popular pre-cooked Thanksgiving bird back for the holiday. The turkey was added to the seasonal menu all the way back in 2001.

The Cajun-style turkey comes pre-cooked so all the chef of the house has to do is thaw it out and then pop it in the oven. The fowl is marinated with Popeyes’ Louisiana-style seasoning blend. It’s then slow-roasted and flash-fried.
Pre-orders for the turkeys began on Oct. 18 and shipments will begin on Oct. 24. They can be picked up at your local Popeyes establishment or delivered.
The pre-cooked turkey will set customers back $94.99, with shipping included.
In honor of the fried chicken chain’s 50th anniversary this summer they brought back the fan favorite side dish of Cajun Rice.
