Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud spoke after day two of organized team activities. It's the first time he's spoken after a Texans practice since being drafted last month with the No. 2 overall pick.
One interesting note from OTAs was watching Stroud work primarily with the second unit. This prompted a conversation among media about whether Stroud is in a legitimate quarterback competition with Davis Mills, or if they are just bringing the rookie along steadily.
