Doug Long developed a passion for music through being a Disc Jockey. As the years rolled by he continued to travel the road to music one beat at a time. That lead him to explore his next level of creativity. He took interest in production and engineering. Noticing that there was wealth of untapped talent in the upstate, He sought out to produce an aspiring artist by the name of Tate. The CD was entitled “Special Delivery” which lead Doug on tour with R&B legends, Charlie Wilson, The Isley Brothers and Frankie Beverly and Maze, to name a few.
After the road life came to a halt, the next beat along Doug's musical highway was engineering. He became truly blessed and fortunate to be placed in a position to work with multi-platinum recording artists, such as DMX, Avant, Young Dolph, to name a few. As he continued down his musical path, he took part in recording and engineering many different genres of music, such as Greek and Indian.
Doug believes in the philosophy of “each one teach one”. Through his experiences he believes his musical purpose in life is to guide those with little direction and become the gps for their musical goals.
