Zachary Brewster, Sr. is an Author, Motivational Speaker, Human Resources Consultant and Pastor.

Author: Zach is the author of “How to Get to the Other Side” Principles to Pursue Your Potential. This book was written to give people a clear guide to becoming the best version of themselves.


Motivational Speaker: “People Are the Problem” in his Ted Talk, Zach details the issues that many organizations face when they focus on Products, Processes and Profits but fail to give attention to their most important resource- The People.

HR Consultant: Zach is the President and Chief Visionary Officer of The Bridge Builder, a firm that supports companies with Direct Placement, Staffing, Leadership Training, Onboarding and Employee Engagement Programs. They provide organizations with the tools required to interrupt cycles of chaos often created by the recruiting process while empowering them to redefine their perspectives surrounding talent retention. To accomplish this, The Bridge Builder has created an equation to make the workplace more effective: People-Problems= Productivity

Pastor: As Pastor of The Change Church, which he planted with 13 other families in March 2020, their mission is to Give, Grow and Go. This action driven mission has blessed the lives of hundreds of families as a result of The Change Church donating over $150,000 back into the community since their inception!

Zach has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, a Master’s degree in Biblical Exposition, he is a graduate of The Furman Diversity Leadership Institute, a certified HR Professional with a PHR and SHRM-CP accreditation and he’s also a trained mediator with an expertise in Conflict Resolution.

Out of all of the work he does and the titles that he holds, his most important title is Father. He has three wonderful children which is what drives him to continue to work to change the world, so that he can leave a better version of the world for them.
