Tiffany Santagati, a native of Beaufort, South Carolina, currently serves as the Vice President, Operations at the Greenville Housing Fund, committed to preserving, producing, and advocating for affordable housing. She spent most of her career in banking, serving in various leadership capacities, including loan production, human resources, retail banking, and mortgage processing. She holds a Bachelors's in Psychology from USC-Upstate and a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University.

Tiffany believes in giving back to her community and has had the honor of volunteering for numerous community organizations. Her current volunteer commitments include serving as the Children's Trust of SC board chair and board treasurer for the Hispanic Alliance and 864Pride. She also serves on the Greenville Tech Foundation and American Red Cross of the Upstate board. In addition, Tiffany volunteers her time with the Greenville Chamber Board of Advisors, Greenville Technical College Management Advisory Committee, Momentum Bike Advocates Council, and as a mentor for the Greenville Chamber Pacesetters group. Her previous volunteer commitments included the USC-Upstate Foundation Board of Governors, United Way Community Impact Council, Urban League of the Upstate, Greenville Forward Inclusion Task Force, Centre Stage, and YWCA of Greenville.


Tiffany is a graduate of Leadership Greenville-Class 35, Diversity Leaders Initiative-Class 12, and BB&T's Banking School at Wake Forest University. Additionally, Tiffany has been honored by Greenville News Link Who's Next, Best and Brightest under 35 by Greenville Business Magazine, Top 25 Most Beautiful Woman in Greenville by Talk Magazine, Top 10 Young Professional of the year by Talented Tenth Greenville Conference, Top 40 under 40 in the state of South Carolina by the Black Pages, Woman of Influence by GSA Business and volunteer of the year by the Children's Trust of SC.

Tiffany enjoys studying history and sharing knowledge with others because she believes that understanding history provides insight into current events and clarity on ways to impact the future effectively. This fact is even more relevant as it relates to the history of Black Americans. In fact, for several years, she has done a Black History informational series on social media and with local groups to help educate others. In addition to history, she is passionate about financial literacy and uses her knowledge and experience to help educate others to be more financially aware and conscious. Tiffany loves to travel and enjoys experiencing new cultures and learning from global perspectives. She feels it is essential for all people to have a voice and is incredibly passionate about creating an inclusive and open environment where all people can thrive and be successful.
