A clinically trained and licensed psychotherapist, life and business coach, keynote speaker, trainer, consultant, and recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence, Giovanna is widely known for her practical, relatable, insightful, and transformational approach.


With 30 years of experience, she has helped countless individuals and organizations navigate challenges, achieve breakthroughs, and create lasting change through evidence-based techniques and proven strategies. Her clients describe her as genuine, honest, professional, and transparent, with a reputation for delivering real, results-driven transformation.

Currently, Giovanna serves as a Facilitator at BMW Manufacturing, where she trains professionals on leadership, communication skills, psychological safety, delegation, and emotional intelligence.

In 2021, Giovanna became an international speaker, serving as a delegate on the Live Your Best Life Tour in Nairobi, Kenya, where she was honored with the Dr. Astell Collins Global Inspiration Award.

She also leads seminars, webinars, retreats, and workshops, delivering keynote addresses and guest speaking engagements that leave a lasting impact.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Giovanna is a happily married mother of two who enjoys reading, writing, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
