February 20: Cierra Kelly

Cierra K. is a dynamic leader with a strong foundation in community engagement and healthcare services. Since July 2022, she has been serving as the Chief of Staff and Executive Project Director at ReGenesis Health Care, where she oversees critical initiatives to improve community health and well-being.

Prior to this role, Cierra was the Director of Resident Services and Community Engagement at Spartanburg Housing Authority from July 2019 to June 2022, leading efforts to enhance the quality of life for residents. Her career also includes serving as Campaign Director at United Way of the Piedmont from October 2017 to July 2019, where she played a key role in driving impactful community campaigns.

Cierra has held various positions in the healthcare sector, including Account Liaison at HCR ManorCare, Marketing Coordinator at Upstate Home Care Solutions, and Professional Healthcare Representative at Chamberlin Edmonds (now Change Healthcare). Her early career began as a Service Coordinator at Charles Lea Center, where she gained valuable experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Cierra earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Limestone University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from Winthrop University. Her extensive background in both healthcare and community outreach, along with her passion for making a positive impact, has shaped her as a dedicated and effective leader.
