Ciera Young

Ciera Young is a multifaceted entrepreneur creating space to normalize the conversation about mental health in the black community, and leveraging her creativity to operate her business Fancee Customs. Ciera is the mother of two beautiful girls, Chloe and Chyla, a Spartanburg County native, and a 2010 graduate of Coastal Carolina University where she currently serves as the President of the Black Alumni Chapter.

After publishing her first book, Cheers to Him, in 2018,

Ciera began to speak out about her own mental health journey and uses her experiences to help others.  To date Ciera has spoken in front of over 250 youth, and is currently pursuing her masters in clinical mental health at Walden university.
She regularly engages with her community by providing resources, encouragement, and doing weekly mental health check ins.

Ciera has an extreme passion for mental health and is dedicated to making sure everyone in the Spartanburg Community and around the world, young and old, can show up in the best way possible, mentally, for themselves and for others.
