Cortney Burgess is a passion-filled, empowering, and interventional leader by day and even in his leisure.

This interposition is upheld by:

·        Serving as the youngest Director of Upstate Fatherhood Coalition (and throughout fatherhood program in the state), combatting the epidemic of father absenteeism.

·        Board of Director of Sunbelt Human Advancement Resources (S.H.A.R.E.), alleviating poverty and empowering low-income families.
Board of Visitor for Tri-County Technical College, serving as an amabassador and advocate for public community colleges and helping students reach their goals.

·        Board of Director, Chairman - for Rebuilding Lives Coalition, serving those reentering society from incarceration.

·        A trained Civil and Family Court Mediator, helping individuals and families resolve conflicts, improve relationships and strengthen their communities.

His most prized investment is serving as the Founder/CEO of The I'm Perfect Project, providing mentorship through an interactive, public speaking approach in facilitated areas such as:

·        Career Exploration/Development

·        Adverse Childhood Experience

Mr. Burgess' array of commensurate skills come from both practical experience and formal educational attainments. He strives to continually be in a place to effect the most change, and help people amplify their untapped potential and influence.
