With over 30 years of culinary and managerial experience, Chef Bill McClellan has made his mark in some of the country's most prestigious kitchens. His career spans across top restaurants, private homes, and banquet and catering facilities in cities like Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Dallas, and Baton Rouge, LA. Chef Bill’s unique cooking style blends classical French techniques with his Southern roots, creating a distinctive flavor profile that has earned him a reputation for innovation and excellence.
Chef Bill has had the honor of cooking for four U.S. Presidents—both Bushs, Clinton, and Obama—as well as for a variety of high-profile celebrities, from Frank Sinatra to 50 Cent. His culinary expertise is not just limited to the kitchen; he has also been deeply involved in community work, founding the Butterfly Foundation Culinary Job Training Program, a nonprofit initiative designed to provide culinary training and job opportunities to those in need.
