Butler High School
Butler High School could use the $15,000 as we are trying to update facilities that have needed repairs/updates for years. There are many things this grant could help improve, including updating our main gym which was built in the 60s (paint, scoreboards, bleachers), developing a wrestling room as we currently have to find off-campus space to accommodate the team (have sent at least six kids to state the last two years), building our own baseball/softball fields (currently use the city park), and resurfacing/updating the track. Butler activities are improving and it is time our facilities grow with them!
