Salina Central High School
I would like to nominate Salina Central High School for this Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 2 $15,000 Facilities Enrichment Grant! I am an alumni from CHS and know that they have some of the best instructors that help all students to experience hands on projects. Being a sheet metal assembler myself, and not having the experience in the school atmosphere before heading out in the employment field, this grant would most likely be an asset to graduating students. They would be so prepared with everything that comes with this grant, that in itself would help so many students advance and be better prepared for future advancements whatever field they choose to begin after graduating. We want them to have the best experience in high school for their future endeavors and this grant would certainly be appreciated and put to use as soon as possible. Thank you for the opportunity to nominate my alumni and the chance to change many futures at Salina Central High School and teachers role in assisting students with curriculum studies.
