Warrensburg Area Career Center
We are a local Vo-tech school serving 7 different counties. We strive to teach kids the real life skills in Automotive technology, Automotive Collision, Building Trades, Health Science, Agriculture, Business, Cosmetology and Practical Nursing. Our shops that our kids learn in could really use new LED lighting to help make the skills there learning easier. We have repainted all the shops to help brighten them up but new lighting would tremendously help.
After multiple inspections, its always suggested that new lighting would be beneficial. But with budget cuts and covid, money is hard to come by for schools. This would help our kids and there learning schools tremendously if we won this grant to receive new lighting in our shops. Thanks for the consideration in helping us teach kids skills they will use for the rest of there lives.
