(610 Sports) – Despite leading 13-6 at halftime of the AFC Championship game, it hasn't been all good news for the Kansas City. A pair of Chiefs' players have gone to the locker room to be evaluated for injuries.

Defensive back L’Jarius Sneed has been put in concussion protocol after leaving the game due to a head injury suffered while tackling Bengals' running back Samaje Perine.

Sneed got to his feet and walked off to the sideline, looking wobbly in the process. He visited the on-site medical tent for further evaluation. After the tent got taken down, Sneed remained on the sideline with his teammates but didn't have his helmet on.

Additionally, wide receiver Kadarius Toney is questionable to return with an ankle injury suffered while catching a pass in the first quarter.

Toney went down at the end of a first-quarter catch and had his lower left leg examined in the medical tent. After that examination, the wide receiver made his way to the locker room. Toney had one catch for nine yards on two targets prior to exiting, with the other target resulting in an end zone incompletion that was unsuccessfully challenged by Kansas City.

This article will be updated once more is know of each player's condition.
