The biggest moment in last night's Chiefs game, at least in terms of what's being talked about on Tuesday morning, is the Chris Jones roughing-the-passer penalty from the second quarter. Almost universally considered a bad call, there's been a lot of conversation since then about how refs are calling that foul, and how QBs seem to be benefiting from the call a lot more in recent years. Speaking to 610's Cody and Gold on Tuesday, Fox Sports Rules Analyst Dean Blandino gave his take.

"This one was unique because Chris Jones had the ball," he said. "It wasn't like he was even finishing the tackle. He hit Carr, the ball came out, he had the football, they went to the ground. It's just the momentum of two players going to the ground. I thought there was nothing else that Chris Jones can do. They want defenders to land off to the side and not stuff the quarterbacks into the ground. Lift, drive, land on the ball with your body weight. I just didn't think it met that criteria. And then compounded by the fact that it's such a big situation, where you go from a turnover to now first and 10 plus 15 yards in a game that ends up being a pretty close game. I didn't think it was a foul, but I'd be interested in what the NFL and if they're going to come out and make any statements, or how they're going to evaluate that play."
