Shortly after the Super Bowl ends on Sunday night, the Chiefs will have a decision to make on Frank Clark. Clark, who's been in Kansas City since 2019, and has had his share of big moments throughout recent Chiefs playoff runs. And even though Clark, 29, is under contract for one more season, there's plenty of speculation that the Chiefs may move on this offseason. While talking with 610's The Drive this week, Chiefs Insider Pete Sweeney weighed in on whether he thinks this is Clark's last season in Kansas City.

"Coming into the week, I thought it would certainly be ... but Frank Clark made it clear to me that he doesn't want to go anywhere. He really doesn't. He wants to stay in Kansas City. I think they're all beginning to feel this feeling that this is going to be a dyansty-type thing if they can get that win on Sunday. And when you start using the D-word in the NFL, you have these guys that have been veterans now for years that want to stay and be a part of it. And I think in talking to Clark, one of the things he mentioned was he'll always have a love for Pete Carroll in Seattle, but he had a moment when the Chiefs played the Seahawk, and he didn't say there was any tampering going on, but he just got this feeling that Andy Reid and that staff always wanted him to be a part of what they were building. He was certainly a huge part of that '19 team. He's had these battles with staying on the field sometimes with that stomach illness, but it's hard to argue with what he's done in the playoffs when it comes to getting the Chiefs to the Super Bowl. I think he wants to stay."
