In perhaps the least surprising news you'll hear all week, it was announced on Wednesday morning that Chiefs' QB Patrick Mahomes was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 1.
Mahomes was his usual other-worldly self in the Chiefs' big Week 1 win over Cleveland, going 27-36 with 337 yards, four total touchdowns and no interceptions (131.4 QB rating). It's the sixth time Mahomes has won the award.
