The Chiefs finally made some waves in free agency last week, signing former Pittsburgh wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster to a one-year deal worth a little more than $10 million. The move felt like one that was two years coming, as Smith-Schuster was heavily rumored to be joining Kansas City last year, before ultimately re-signing with Pittsburgh. Now that he's officially teaming up with Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, the Chiefs' offense looks like one that has what it takes to keep up with what's shaping up to be an ultra-competitive AFC West. Speaking with 610's Cody and Gold on Monday, Smith-Schuster explained why he finally came to KC, and what he brings to their offense.

"Yeah, that's kind of what it was," he said. "The guys that we have, and adding me to the offense, is becoming an unstoppable offense. I'm actually curious. Having Kelce, having Tyreek. And then having me just come in and fill that void, being that guy. Whatever that may be for the coaches, I'm just excited to do that."
