As free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. gets ready to return to the NFL – he's reportedly eyeing mid-November – there have been growing rumors that the Chiefs might be one of the teams interested in bringing him in. Wide receiver production hasn't been one of the team's strongest aspects so far, and the move would give Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes a player whose skillset they've been missing so far. While speaking to 610's Fescoe In The Morning on Thursday, Trey Wingo explained that while it might be a good fit, it's definitely not a sure thing.

"He would fit in great," he said. "Because if you watched the game Sunday, the one thing that's a drawback in Kansas City right now, is that they don't have a wide receiver that Patrick Mahomes can rely on constantly for separation. And I use the word wide receiver specifically because obviously Travis Kelce is ridiculous. So he would fit in wonderfully. The question is, is that where he's going to end up? And that's a much more difficult question because it's not like they're going to be the only team trying to get him. Buffalo might try and get him. The Rams would love to have him back. So it would make all the sense in the world from Kansas City's perspective, to have him. But I can't say with any certainty that they're a front-runner for him."
