This week's Badass Woman of the Week is Emily Mutch of Wolcott as nominated by her friend Pete who writes, "'Be kind - you never know what someone else is going through' — that sums up how Emily treats life. She is the most amazing non-judgmental person I have ever met! Incredibly compassionate to everyone she has contact with and somehow always sees the best in people - until they piss her off - then watch out!" Pete continues, "Emily lost her father to complications of MS. Since then she has supported the MS walk in CT whenever she could. She has also raised her own amazing daughter for the most part on her own, barely making ends meet at times but sure to make sure her daughter has everything she needs. They are best friends now and her daughter has recently rewarded Emily with a beautiful baby boy."
