Wedding season is in full swing in New England, and getting married in Connecticut definitely isn’t cheap. According to The Knot’s 2026 Real Weddings Study, the average U.S. wedding now costs about $34,200 — but here in Connecticut, that number jumps to around $42,000, making Connecticut one of the most expensive states in the country to get married.
