Christine and Salt both have a pet peeve that drives them nuts pretty much every morning on their way into work — cars with headlights that are BLINDING, and we're not even talking about high beams here! Christine had it happen again this morning and snapped a pic while at a red light.

The person behind her has on their REGULAR LIGHTS, these are not high beams and yet the light is so BRIGHT. It MUST BE ILLEGAL, right? Well, the person to ask is South Windsor PD's Sgt. Mark Cleverdon who not only rolled with Christine and Salt's silly questions but responded with thoughtful, helpful answers.
