Back in March we found out the Weaver Beaver baseball team was getting the old gang back together. Well, maybe not the 'old gang' but the team that hadn't existed for the last five years was finally gonna be a reality again. One little problem — many of the kids didn't have gloves or cleats. That's when the baseball community rallied.
Christine and Salt caught up with Weaver High Athletic Director, Sterling Scanlon and discovered not only did the kids get all the gear and then some, but they also had their first win in 2,522 days! Check out the full interview below.
