Hartford, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-A second arrest has been made in a May 2021 homicide, police said.
Police responded to Norwich Street May fourth. They discovered three men had been shot.
Two survived, but the third, Chaquan Jones, 34, of Hartford later died at the hospital.
Police arrested Josh Rodriguez November 9, 2021, charging him with murder and other offenses. His bond was 2.8 million dollars.
Today, Lamont Fields was released from Federal custody. He was then placed in the custody of Hartford Police, also facing Murder and other charges.
He remains in custody on a two-million-dollar bond.
