
New Haven, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-A Naugatuck man has been charged with D-U-I and other offenses after casing a four-vehicle accident on Interstate 95 in New Haven Thursday night, State Police said.
State Police said Justin Sollene, 30, was traveling in the left lane on Interstate 95 Southbound, North of Exit 46, just before 7:30, when he side-swiped a vehicle in the second lane from the left. Sollene's car then came to a stop. The vehicle he struck then collided with another vehicle traveling in the second lane from the right and that vehicle was struck by the fourth vehicle traveling in the far right lane.
Those suffering minor injuries were treated at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Sollene faces charges including operating under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.
