Hebron, Conn. WTIC Radio)- Connecticut State Police have identified the man shot and killed in Hebron over the weekend.
Police found Joseph Serra Junior, 37, in a driveway on Grayville Road Saturday afternoon. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead by EMS.
