Manchester, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-Manchester Police have identified the 15-year-old pedestrian struck and killed Tuesday afternoon around 5:30.
She's Jennifer Nicolas of Hartford.
Police said the accident happened on New State Road in the area of Hilliard Street. When Police and EMS personnel arrived, they found the victim in the roadway, suffering significant life-threatening injuries.
Nicolas was taken to Connecticut Children's Medical Center where she died on Friday. The 81-year-old driver was uninjured and is cooperating with police.
