The state has offered $25,000 for information regarding the November 9, 2019 death of Abdur Terrell.
The New Haven man was found dead in woods near the Woodbridge town line.
Terrell's phone and other personal belongings were located in the shoulder of Woodfield Road in Woodbridge about 24 hours after his family reported him missing. He had also been seen in Hamden and New Haven.
