Simsbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Simsbury police have arrested a suspect in a so called "vehicle takeover" incident from last month in town.
Twenty-year-old Tyler Bingham is charged.
Officers say it was March 25 that about 50 vehicles were spotted in the Elm Street area disrupting the normal traffic flow.
Other officers reported similar activity.
Police say 200 vehicles all told were involved that night.
Bingham was spotted swerving and driving recklessly in order to elude police.
He's now charged with engaging pursuit, reckless driving, failure to drive in a proper lane and speeding.
