DEEP says both Indian Well State Park in Shelton and Wadsworth Falls State Park in Middlefield are closed to swimmers.

The parks are otherwise open for other activities, DEEP said.

In addition, the swimming area at Mashamoquet Brook State Park in Pomfret remains closed for maintenance.

DEEP says the water in both Indian Well and Wadsworth Falls will be retested tomorrow.

Those results are due in by Thursday.
