New Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in New Haven say two people are dead and a third person injured following an early morning shooting.
Detectives say they were called to a residential area of Congress Avenue early Tuesday morning.
Once on scene, officers found one homicide victim and a second person with fatal self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
A third person is in critical condition.
The police chief is expected to have more to say at a press briefing later.
