Criminal defense attorney Scott Rosenblum joined Marc Cox to provide some armchair analysis of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
He was hesitant to make any assumptions about which way the jury would decide the case, "it's almost impossible to read tea leaves."
However, in his experience, when the jury takes a longer to reach a verdict, "the length of time is usually," favoring the defense.
Rosenblum points out that in the past there have been appeals based on outside influences on jury decisions, referencing the demonstrations outside the Kenosha, Wisconsin courthouse.
