Missouri AG warns pending ruling by Supreme Court on vaccine mandates could have ‘real consequences beyond unconstitutional nature'

Missouri Attorney General and US Senate candidate Eric Schmitt joined Marc Cox to recap the case argued in front of the United States Supreme Court against the OSHA Covid vaccine mandate.

"There are real consequences to these actions, beyond just the unconstitutional nature of this," says Schmitt. "The fact that there's no statutory authority for it. You can't let these administrative agencies just use emergency powers to do whatever they want to do, because there's no limiting principle to that. Which is why I've been pretty clear, I think these are two of the most important cases we've ever had in the history of the Republic, if you care about liberty and you care about freedom."
