Buccaneers Draft Central Michigan CB Sean Bunting In 2nd Round

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (97.1 The Ticket) -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers drafted former Central Michigan cornerback Sean Bunting with the 39th overall pick early in the second round of the NFL Draft Friday night.

In three seasons as a Chippewa, the 6-foot-1, 181 lb. defensive back from Macomb Chippewa Valley High School racked up 104 tackles and nine interceptions.

Bunting became the seventh Chippewa drafted since 2010 and became the highest selection out of CMU since OL Eric Fisher went No. 1 overall to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013.
