Sometimes real life is more unbelievable than the craziest movie you will ever lay eyes on.
Danielle Redlick, called 911 on January 12, 2019 to report that her husband and former Memphis Grizzlies executive Michael Redlick had been murdered.
The story absolutely wild according to People.com:
"We had an altercation, and he stabbed himself, and I ran into the bathroom," she said, sniffling. "And I tried to help him, I saw him lying in blood." When the dispatcher asked her to clarify what killed Michael — a heart attack or the stabbing — Danielle said, "Probably the stabbing triggered it, I guess. I don't know."
Police reports say that he was surrounded by bloody towels and a trail of blood leading to the master bedroom. The police also said the house smelled like bleach.
The death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner.
Danielle waited 11 hours to call police and on top of that she checked messages on her dating app. She was arrested three weeks after and was charged with second-degree murder.
This will make for the perfect Dateline NBC episode.
