As a huge WWE and wrestling fan in general, I always think that football players are the best fit for professional wrestlers.
The WWE is currently having a tryout and former Michigan State LB Taiwan Jones is one of the five former football players to tryout.
Taiwan Markis Jones, a 25-year-old footballer from Michigan who played linebacker for Michigan State University and the New York Jets. He stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 235 pounds.
During his time with the Spartans, Jones had 183 career tackles with 5.5 sacks and played for the team between 2011-2014.
There are currently 40 athletes that are trying out for the WWE that also includes Olympians and martial arts.
