Brenden Rice, the son of Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, is a three-star wide receiver committed to Colorado.

Rice was once heavily recruited by Michigan and many thought he would be catching balls in the Maize and Blue this fall. It appears Rice developed a disdain for Michigan State during that process.
Shortly after Mel Tucker left Colorado to become head coach at MSU, Rice took a jab at the Spartans via Twitter.

Michigan st. followed me -- why would I want to go to the lil bro school

Judging by some of his other tweets, Rice feels wronged by Tucker's decision.

Crazy how moms asked you this same question at My dinner table...

While Tucker's departure might reopen the recruitment of some of Colorado's commits, Rice made it clear he's sticking with the team.
