This past weekend I ventured on to Miami Beach with not much muscle, new scars and my cellulite on display. Even being completely out of shape I’m still proud of my body and I’m not ashamed to walk around in a bikini! That being said, I’m excited to start to get back into shape soon and even more excited to show you what “in shape Lindsey” looks like in the new SI swimsuit that comes out next week. #notashamed."

The two athletes have been an item since last year, first stepping out as a public couple at the CMT Awards in June.
Lindsey retired in February, following the completion of the world championships in Sweden.
